That sums up our last week. Last Saturday was Cade's first Football game of his senior year. They beat Missouri Southern. Cade had a great game and was really excited that they won. His parents and little sister stayed with us after the game which was wonderful.
They had a Thursday game this week in Livingston, AL. The team left Wednesday at 8:00 am, so I stayed by myself Wednesday night. I went to Maggie's with Jessica to watch the game, but the satellite had problems, so we ended up listening to the game on the laptop. We were all bummed. They ended up loosing and Cade had one catch for 2 yards. He was in on 5 kickoff returns, but didnt have the ball kicked to him. I do not enjoy watching him on kickoff return.
Today we went to the HOG game with hopes of finding tickets to watch the game. My father in law and brother in law already had tickets. We got tickets on the North End Zone side half way up. It was a great view. We really enjoyed the game, the atmosphere, and watching a fellow Rogers Mountie play against the HOGS (Cody Kirby, the QB for Missouri State).
And I got my picture with SOOOIE!!! :D Now, it is time to enjoy the weekend. I have taken a break on my training due to my hips hurting from all the pounding. This week I am going to get back at it and train hard.
